A light in the beer tunnel

My brother and I finally made it to the last step. The fermentation is done and we brought the beer up from the earth cellar. Though we're making a lager we've kept it cool all the time.

All the values are fine and it tastes awesome.

Added sugar to carbonate the beer. Disinfected lots of bottles, bottled it.

Put it for 18 days in 3 degrees.
